They also launch deals between January & 28 February. Often Flight Centre offers deals at European Expos where you can find special deals on these weekends but have to book there and then so be ready with your dates
This time is often the cheapest time to fly to Europe with some of the cheapest flight prices for the whole of the year!

Free Hotel Stopovers on flights to Europe
There are a number of airlines that offer free or reduced price hotel flight stopovers to Europe and beyond from Australia.
This is a great option if you want to check out another country on your way through to Europe or just want a stopover to break up the long flight.
Many are only available if you have a long stopover with the airline due to connections available for your flight.
